DEBUT.

Today’s word of the day goes to… DEBUT!

for those who do not know what it means or has never heard of it, it usually means the first public appearance/revealing of something/someone.

eg. “Last night, Z.F. Tan made his debut for his new club, Manchester United”, i.e. Z.F. Tan(whoever that is) made his first appearance for the club last night.

or

“Steve Jobs debuted the new iphone7 in front of a crowd of 2.”
meaning, the new iphone7 was revealed for the first time in front of a crowd.

anyway, the reason it’s up here today is because of its unique pronunciation.

no guys, it’s not pronounce as THERE-BUT

it’s DEH-BYOO. yup. with a silent T

but DO U KNOW HOW AUSTRALIANS PRONOUNCE IT?

it’s funny. coz even the newscasters do it.

they pronounce it as THE-BOO.

yea i know haha.

moving on, WHAT HAS ZHENFENG BEEN UP TO LATELY??

he’s been dog-sitting a horny but adorable doggy!!

how horny? THIS HORNY.

THAT’S HIS BED.

BUT YEA. EVERYBODY, MEET BAILEY. HE WILL BE MY COMPANION FOR THE NEXT 5 WEEKS(:

Bailey is two years old!(:

whenever he wants something, he stands in front of it and turns his head with those two big cute eyes towards me.

(on this occasion, i hid his bed in the room, and he was begging me to open the door for him so that he could hump it-.-)

 

Bailey lies next to me while i watch tv.

he sleeps at the foot of the bed when we go to sleep.

he’s a cool doggy(:

just need to work on his peeing and pooping. he still pees everywhere around the house-.- there’s a newspaper area for him to pee on, but he NEVER pees there.

so readers, if anyone has any suggestions on how to toilet train this doggy to pee on the newspaper, please and thankyou(:
