for me, personally, i absolutely LOVE garlic. cooking is nvr complete without garlic.

just let the garlic cook for awhile, til it turns a lil, brownish, then
add some salt and pepper to ur liking. and
WHOA!

at this point, i thought... "hey, two veges, but no meat!"
and so i scavenged my fridge and found...
